We are currently seeking a **Project Coordinator** with exceptional phone-based customer service skills to be the main point of contact for clients during the design, permitting and procurement stage of projects to ensure that all required documentation is complete and accurate.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll answer questions, keep things on track, address concerns, and ensure that all paperwork is completed on time and with care while communicating any issues to the Project Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the duties and responsibilities of a Project Coordinator include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Serves as the main contact for clients during the design and permitting phases of projects;
- Answers all questions related to project timelines, schedules and the permitting process;
- Assists clients in finalizing their solar design as prepared by the Solar Designer, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations;
- Leads assigned projects as required, ensuring stakeholders stay informed and project schedules are maintained;
- Registers monitoring systems;
- Coordinates installation bookings; and
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary degree or diploma is preferred;
- A criminal record check is required;
- Proficiency in English is required, bilingualism in French is a strong asset;
- Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred;
- Strong phone-based customer service experience, with the proven ability to de-escalate conflicts and offer thoughtful solutions;
- Comfortable making phone calls and working with clients in person and over the phone;
- Professional, personable and able to build strong relationships;
- High degree of initiative, self-motivation to work independently as well as part of a team;
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail;
- Ability to adapt to changes and pivot as necessary based on business needs;
- Comfortable with technology and software (Google Suite, Salesforce an asset); and
- Previous project coordination experience or construction experience are assets.
