 JDI IT is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist with administrative duties that improve the overall project coordination, project schedule, and efficiency of our team.   A dynamic and critical role to our team, this team member understands technology, people and how to make things happen.

Responsibilities

Exposure to various business areas and their respective responsibilities, processes, etc.   

Job shadowing opportunities and establishment of mentor relationships  

On the job experience in an advanced manufacturing environment 

Successful application of project management tools

Translating business problems and opportunities into technical solutions through working in a team environment acting as the liaison between the business and development 

Qualifications

Current enrollment in an accredited university co-op program   

Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite of tools (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)  

Desire to problem solve and work with others to map out processes to pinpoint improvements  

Curiosity, drive for excellence and interest in technology 

Excellent and customer focused communication skills while building a professional relationship with end users
