Collision Damage Estimator

Inspect, analyze, document (through photos), and evaluate damaged vehicles to create a comprehensive and accurate estimate of repair
- Keep insurance adjusters, production staff, and customer informed regarding the status of vehicle repair
- Maintain positive relationships with insurance agents, dealerships, fleet accounts, part and sublet suppliers and other customers & partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the repair by providing information about repair process, insurance claims processing, repair techniques, repair updates, and expected delivery date of repair
- Keep Repair Order (RO) current and accurate throughout repair process
- Inspect all completed repairs before delivering customer vehicles
- Be reliable, hard-working, and ambitious

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the automotive industry a valuable asset; Insurance experience would also be considered (e.g. an automotive claims adjuster)
- Comprehensive understanding of the collision repair process; estimating, parts management, etc.
- Knowledge of Insurance “DRP” practices and guidelines
- Experience with Mitchell and Audatex estimating software **or **general computer savvy with an ability to quickly master new software
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Proven sales skills
- Valid G driver's license
