**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Inspect vehicles for structural damage and determine necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace damaged body parts.
- Perform welding, frame straightening, and body alignment tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Document all repairs performed and parts used for each vehicle.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools specific to auto body work.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various issues.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
