If so, we are looking for you We need a talented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join our property management company must have a minimum of 5 years' experience.

What will you need to do?

Bookkeeping —Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other general accounting duties.
Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel
Answer incoming calls; re-direct calls appropriately, take messages as needed
Prepare documents, including office correspondence, memos
Provide administration support to Senior Management and Department Heads
Assist with data entry (CRM updates, sales figures, lead processing, etc)
General office management such as ordering office supplies, checking supply levels, mailing packages, distributing mail, keeping the office organized, etc.
Pay bills, process expense reports, maintain accurate expense records
Provide timely status updates on critical tasks
Show a high level of independence and self-motivation

**Requirements**:
3+ Years experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist, or Secretary
5+ Years professional Bookkeeping
5+ Years of QuickBooks experience
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong math and accounting skills
An ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
A desire to tackle problems and look for solutions
A history of being proactive, looking for the next task, asking for assignments
A desire to connect with staff and customers in a friendly, positive way
An eagerness to learn new things and help others do the same
Strong social and interpersonal skills
A high level of professionalism and organization
A high level of energy and enthusiasm
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, fax machines, computers
Proficiency with MS Word, and MS Excel, and CRM management

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
