Lead Generation Specialist

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or inside sales and B2B settings
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade potential customers
- Ability to conduct market research and identify target industries and companies
- Familiarity with CRM software, for lead management and tracking
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport with leads

Plan IT Packaging Systems is packaging automation company. At Plan IT Packaging, we offer a comprehensive range of leading-edge packaging equipment, from flow wrappers and pre-made pouch machines to vertical and horizontal form fill & seal machines, stick pack machines, sachet machines, thermoforming machines, tray sealers, multi-head weighers, shrink wrapping machines, bundling machines, and end-of-line robotic solutions such as case erecting, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
