We’re a rapidly growing sport medicine clinic that helps patients to #RiseAbove injury and return to movement. We’re seeking a motivated and creative Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our team and help bring our brand to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to enhance brand visibility.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our online community.
- Support the marketing team in executing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Assist in maintaining and updating our website with relevant content.
- Track social media metrics and analyze performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
