**The Opportunity**

This is an amazing **Executive Assistant** role with one of Canada's Top 500 fastest-growing companies who have a reputation for excellence in Environmental Remediation, Decommissioning, Reclamation, and Restoration and supported by numerous industry accreditations and accolades. Working directly with the CEO, you will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative support, from scheduling/calendar support, expense preparation, and travel and meeting coordination, to creating management and Board materials, and leading ad hoc projects that come up.

This is a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment To succeed you will need to be extremely organized and detail oriented to keep on top of all the action, have well-honed communication skills, and be able to interact with all levels of Management and other staff teams as well as other external customers, suppliers, and industry contacts. Your strong initiative and curiosity will be well received as you ask questions and streamline processes and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support for the CEO, includes calendar support and scheduling
- Develop and prepare presentations, Board and meeting materials, and communication
- Other administrative and office support as required
- Communicate and liaison with third-party service providers where required
- Prepare expense reports
- Assist with travel coordination
- Lead ad-hoc projects as required including special events

**Education/Experience**
- 5+ years of senior executive support and office/operational support preferably in fast-paced environments/entrepreneurial organizations that value achievements
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Solid ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a rapidly changing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Admin, HR, or Operations is an asset
