Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Answer and screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
- Assist with proofreading documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
- Perform general clerical duties to support the smooth operation of the office

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Previous experience in data entry and phone systems is preferred
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
