We're looking for an autonomous, organized Housekeeping Supervisor who never hesitates to put his or her shoulder to the wheel to support and motivate peers. In his or her element when the going gets tough, he or she adapts easily to the unexpected, proposes solutions and makes quick decisions to ensure impeccable customer service at all times. Acting as a resource person for his or her team, he or she is attentive to their needs and naturally provides a caring, positive presence.

***WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- Coordinate day-to-day housekeeping activities: supply equipment, take inventory, assign tasks to the team, and inspect rooms and other designated areas.
- Supervise room attendants and public area attendants.
- Train, coach and motivate housekeeping team members in the performance of their duties and their development.
- Be available to help out in the event of an emergency or staff shortage.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- Hotel management degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years' management or supervisory experience
- Great ability to work under pressure and to adapt
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Natural ability to communicate, inspire and mobilize teams bringing together individuals from different cultures.
