Align HCM is looking for a **System Consultant (Payroll/UKG Pro/UltiPro) **to join their team You will be responsible for helping clients efficiently and effectively implement Human Capital Management systems and processes within the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) solution - primarily UKG Pro solutions.
**Company Overview**
**_**This position is 100% REMOTE and open to applicants in both US and Canada**_**
**Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and integrate UKG Pro, specifically their payroll module
- Lead client teams through the implementation via hands-on, end-to-end, configuration and testing - requirements gathering, gap analysis, design, build, test, rollout and support
- Create and maintain requirements documentation and project plan
- Write functional specifications for customizations and manage the testing and acceptance of the delivered solutions
- Create data mapping from source system(s) to UKGPro
- Validate data conversion
- Manage multiple clients concurrently
- Provides best practice solutions to clients through proven successful consulting ability
- Presents material and facilitates working sessions for small to mid-sized client teams
