We are looking for an individual, who would like to support us, as we continue to grow our Real Estate business in the Chilliwack area. The position has a large emphasis on client care and offers employment as an independent contractor. Flexible schedule, you can work from home or our office. If you have previous marketing or graphic experience that would be helpful, but it is not necessary.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Administrative Support**
- Manage real estate paperwork, including purchase agreements, contracts, disclosures, and other necessary documentation.
- Ensure all documents are accurately completed, filed, and compliant with legal requirements.
- Organize and maintain client and transaction records for easy retrieval.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and client meetings.

**Marketing & Promotion**
- Develop promotional content to showcase properties and attract clients.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance to optimize strategies.
- Update and maintain the agent’s website and online presence.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing professional and prompt responses.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Track client interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.

**Real Estate Operations**
- Research market trends, comparable properties, and neighborhood statistics to assist in property valuations.
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, and other services as needed.
- Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in real estate administrative work, paperwork management, and understanding of real estate procedures.
- Strong knowledge of marketing, including social media, content creation, and analytics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM tools.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.

**Preferred Skills**
- Real estate license (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends.
- Graphic design or content creation experience for marketing.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
