**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage with campers in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Oversee summer camp coaching staff
- Plan and lead educational and recreational activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and personal growth.
- Foster a positive camp atmosphere by encouraging participation and inclusivity among all campers.
- Provide support and mentorship to campers, helping them develop new skills and confidence.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding camper progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the camp facilities and equipment.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to create a cohesive team environment focused on camper success.

**Skills**
- Experience working with children in various capacities, such as tutoring or mentoring.
- Strong background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with campers, parents, and staff.
- Ability to educate campers on safety practices, camp rules, and activity guidelines.
- Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young campers.

Pay: From $20.50 per hour
