**About the Role**

I am seeking a **Personal Assistant** to provide administrative and organizational support as I expand my coaching practice. Your work will directly help me **increase my impact with clients and improve my quality time with my family**.

This role offers **hands-on exposure to leadership, business strategy, and the evolving economy**—ideal for someone eager to grow professionally while contributing meaningfully to a fast-paced business environment.

**Position Details**
- **Part-Time Remote Position (20 hours/week)**:

- Flexible schedule, days and start times can be designed to suit.
- **Compensation: $25-$30 per hour**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Calendar & Scheduling Management**
- Manage and update a **busy calendar**, scheduling coaching sessions, client meetings, and personal appointments.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts **proactively**.
- Coordinate coaching sessions, confirm attendees, book venues, and prepare session materials.
- Send reminders and confirmations to clients and stakeholders.
- Prioritize calendar openings for **business development meetings and calls**.

**2. Travel Coordination**
- Research and book **flights, accommodations, and transportation**.
- Ensure seamless coordination of itineraries, considering **time zones and scheduling constraints**.
- Learn travel preferences and handle **last-minute changes or cancellations efficiently**.

**3. Client Communication & Session Follow-Ups**
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain **regular client communication**.
- Prepare **session summaries** using templates and **session photos** from coaching engagements.

**4. Bookkeeping & Financial Administration**
- Organize **receipts and expense tracking** in **QuickBooks**.
- Prepare and send **invoices**, ensuring accurate record-keeping of incoming payments.
- Follow up with clients on **unpaid invoices**.

**5. Technology & AI Adoption**
- Leverage **AI tools** to improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in process automation and **CRM management (HubSpot)**.
- Support project workflows using **Asana** and other productivity tools.

**6. Personal Assistance & Family Logistics**
- Maintain a **family calendar**, including booking activities and reservations.
- Assist with **personal travel planning**, including **researching and booking family vacations**.
