Our Vision: - To be the local leader of authentic experiences_ Our Mission: W_e provide comfortable, approachable and personal hospitality experiences with unexpected value_ Our Core Values: - *Put People First_ - _Bring Passion_ - _Be Collaborative_ - _Support Community_ - _Embrace Positivity & Fun_ Chateau Victoria Hotel & Suites is looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about guest service to join the front office team as a Bell Person. **Duties & Responsibilities**: - Greeting guests at the front entry & courtyard of the hotel in a friendly and professional manner. - Operate the courtesy shuttle and valet park guest vehicles on request. - Ensure all aspects of work areas are maintained, cleaned, organized and up to date. - Assist guests with luggage and escort incoming guests to their destination. - Assist group & tour arrivals and departures, including all baggage handling between bus & guestrooms. - Be aware of local attractions and restaurants and make recommendations to guests. - All other duties as assigned. **Why join our team?** - Additional pay is provided for tour bag assistance - A supportive and collaborative team who embrace our core values. - A great staff meal program. - Dining and dry-cleaning discounts along with a purchasing program - pay what we pay. - Employee, Friends and Family rates to stay. - Employee events - Employee appreciation event PLUS a winter event. - Discounted rates for parking or bussing, or use our secured bike storage. - Educational reimbursements. - Work Milestone and birthday recognition.
