We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic personal trainers to join our F45 Langford Team. The F45 personal trainer plays a vital role within the team, not only coaching classes, but also fostering and retaining current members, as well as welcoming new members.

**Job description**

**Responsibilities include**:
*

You will be responsible for making sure you are familiar with the program you will be delivering each day, including any modifications and progressions to get each and every one of our members working to the best of their abilities while making the sessions fun and safe.
- Assisting the owner with the day to day operations and management of the gym.
- Assisting with the operation of all social media streams for the gym (Facebook, Instagram).
- Creating social media & marketing content as well as challenges/events for members.
- Create and manage a clean, organized, energetic, fun studio.
- Create and take part in opportunities for community engagement in the City of Langford.
- Cultivating relationships and a positive experience for trailers and members.

**Experience and Skills**:

- 1+ years of Personal Training/Group Training experience
- Ability to prioritize and meet goals in a fast - paced environment
- A strong interest and passion for the fitness industry

**TO APPLY**:

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
