Reverse Logistics Group (RLG) is seeking an **Administrative Assistant and Office Manager** to support our rapidly growing team.
RLG is a tech-enabled service provider with twenty-four offices worldwide. We serve some of the world’s largest producers, e-commerce, and retail organizations in over eighty countries. In 2021, RLG expanded its operations into Canada. We are a small dynamic start-up team working together in Canada with ambitious growth plans to accelerate our impact.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide office and logístical support to the Operations Team
- Trusted and reliable support for team members and managers, by scheduling meetings in and outside the office
- Plan and organize both domestic and international business trips for employees (accommodation and travel arrangements)
- Contribute to the organization of company events in collaboration with other departments (e.g. Operations, Product, Marketing, HR, Sales)
- Order office supplies and equipment
- Prepare expense reports concerning office management and travel
- Be the owner for the office & facilities activities by managing suppliers and maintenance
- Make sure that the workspace is always impeccable
- Manage agendas for various team meetings within the operations group and take meeting minutes when required
- In collaboration with the HR and Operations team, manage health & safety topics to ensure compliance
- In collaboration with the HR Team, assist with the onboarding process of new team members
- Greet customers and visitors as needed
- Provide assistance to ad-hoc requests, projects and presentations as needed
**Your Profile**:
- High School diploma required, College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree an asset
- Two years’ work experience in Administration required
- Strong organizational skills
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent spelling, punctuation/ English grammar skills
- Strong capabilities in the MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Teams, SharePoint.
- Knowledge of office IT equipment
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- A flexible, adaptable approach with a high level of responsiveness to business needs
- Self-motivated with proven ability to proactively organize, prioritize work and meet critical deadlines
