Our company is seeking an energetic, positive, and experienced **Office Manager/Administrative Assistant** who will thrive in a collaborative, diverse, fast-paced, and hybrid environment to join our growing team

**What You'll Do Here**
- Support the entire team, which includes filing confidential employee documents, preparing team meeting agendas, develop and conduct orientations for new employees
- Coordinate office specific new hire tasks in partnership with hiring managers
- Collaborate with international peers to help coordinate efficient onboarding processes
- Provide pseudo-HR support and liaison to HR/Finance Department
- Design and implement new processes/systems, where appropriate, to improve office management efficiency
- Coordinate onsite meetings and team events (as required)
- Assist with managing local IT equipment (conference room, printers, phones, audio/visual, etc.) Escalating to Facilities or IT Departments where required.
- Manage office supplies/ordering
- Run confidential reports and create PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets on results.
- Participate in bookkeeping activities, invoice preparation, timesheet verification, expenses validation
- Participate in monthly financial reporting as well as annual budgeting process

- Efficient and highly organized person with the ability to plan and prioritize; Solution-oriented thinking.
- Experience in bookkeeping, communications and/or HR activities
- Confidential in handling sensitive material and information
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
- College diploma in administration or secretarial studies or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Fluent in English (French is considered a plus)
