Dex Clothing, a leading fashion company, is seeking a Sales Assistant with experience in the fashion industry to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Assistant will assist with the daily management of major accounts.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Main support for major accounts such as Walmart, The Bay & several mini majors
- Run Monday morning reports on performance and available to sell inventory
- Conduct weekly analysis on upselling potential based on customer sell through
- Prepare for all client sales meetings including:

- Room setup: Sample setup, Organize food & beverage, etc.
- Inventory reporting
- Best seller reporting
- Occasional travel to shows / major meetings
- Prepares buy sheet by customer / style following each major appointment
- Maintains an updated Sales Tracking Tool to ensure seamless communication with the Production team
- Own the management and upkeep of the sales sample room
- Responsible for coordinating samples / packages to major accounts
- Acting sales operation liaison for all clearance accounts:

- Validating POs are accurate and up to date prior to Order Entry handoff
- Following up on delivery dates / extensions
- Ensuring seamless and transparent internal communication
- Assist on special projects as assigned by Manager

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Three (3) or more years of experience in a similar role with women’s apparel
- Ability to establish priorities, multi-task and work with demanding deadlines
- Ability to take initiative
- Motivated team-player
- Highly organized & detail oriented
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
