**ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT**

**Salary**: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Review, complete, and follow up on missing documentation and requirements.
- Prepare and manage all administrative documentation for client accounts.
- Maintain and update client files, CRM systems, and databases.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional front-line service: greeting clients, managing calls, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
- Coordinate with advisors, carriers, and team members to facilitate smooth client service.
- Perform general administrative duties: scanning, filing, correspondence, mail handling, ordering supplies, and maintaining office presentation standards.
- Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the team.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Fast learner with strong intuition and the ability to take initiative with mínimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills — professional, clear, and grammatically precise.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CRM systems.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and follow-through.
- Background in financial services is preferred but not required — we value aptitude and attitude just as much as experience.
**Experience Required**:
- **Office Administration**:5 years (required)

- **Microsoft Office**:5 years (required)
- **CRM Software**: 3-5 years (required)
- **Financial Services**: 3-5 years (preferred)
