As a Bookkeeper/Office Manager, you will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth office operations. Reporting to the Finance Director, your core skills in accounting and payroll will be vital for managing bookkeeping tasks. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero will enhance your effectiveness in handling accounts payable and receivable. Your relevant skills in account reconciliation and budgeting will support the organization’s financial health, while your attention to detail and organizational abilities will ensure a well-functioning office environment. **Qualifications**
- Proficient in accounting and bookkeeping principles
- Experience with payroll processing
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
- Strong skills in accounts payable and receivable
- Ability to perform account and bank reconciliations
- Knowledge of budgeting and account analysis
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

**Responsibilities**
- Manage for a few companies daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records using accounting software QuickBooks.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning while demonstrating strong organizational skills to manage office operations efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve overall office productivity.
- Manage all aspects of the office.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
