**The Role - Executive Assistant/Office Manager**:
As a part of the parent company, TSB Communications, you will be engaged across all companies to not only support the leadership team (3 CEOs), but also act as the office manager. You possess relevant experience providing business and personal assistance to the leadership team and experience managing an office environment.
This role is based out of our Downtown Vancouver office and is expected to be performed on-location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calendar and meeting management for the Leadership Team via coordination and sending of meeting invitations and agendas to attendees, books meeting rooms and arrangements for refreshments in support of efficient meeting facilitation.
- Prepares briefing notes and minutes of meetings, as required.
- Ensuring the Leadership Team and their lines of business are well managed operationally - including office organization, monthly time sheets, expenses, accounting and finances (in conjunction with our accounting team), document management, and more
- Maintains confidential information for the business, team and leadership and ensures information is handled appropriately.
- Ensuring clear communication and alignment across the multiple companies
- Provide support for the leadership team in order for their day to progress without intermittence, including (but not limited to) meal service and other personal errands
- Plan, confirm and ensure Executive travel happens smoothly and successfully
- Special Projects as assigned by Executive
- Manage all office and front desk operations - vendor/supplier management, guest sign-in, meeting room management, shipping/receiving, facility organization, operational management, office supplies + technology

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years’ experience or equivalent in an administrative and/or executive support level capacity
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer-service, people and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start up environment, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- A sense of urgency executing job responsibilities, prioritizing urgent and important work
- The ability to adapt, navigate and manage different types of personalities
- Able to observe and maintain the utmost confidentiality.
- Able to work flexible hours and weekends occasionally as needed to support our business
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing expenses, AR and AP
- University Degree or equivalent
- While not a requirement, the ability to speak other languages is a bonus.
- Social media skills

**Other**:

- Parking can be provided upon request
- Bonuses. based on performance
- There is will be a 3 month probationary period

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
