**Overview**
Wolf Creek Building Supplies in Lacombe is looking for an individual to join our accounting department team. We are a group of three building supply stores with a central accounting department based in Lacombe, Alberta. This is a full-time position and would involve a healthy mix between A/R, A/P, Payroll, and Benefits.

**Requirements**:

- Must have bookkeeping experience, preference will be given to experience with Sage Accounting software
- Effective phone communication skills
- Detail oriented and can multitask
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Take direction well and be willing to learn all aspects of the accounting department
- Flexibility, Expect the un-expected as every day is different
- Respect co-workers and customers

**Duties to include**
- Processing weekly charge account payments
- Processing and sending out weekly account statements and phone calls made
- Filing for A/R
- Answering accounting phone line
- World Vision sponsorship monitoring

- Processing bi-weekly payroll using Sage; processing T4’s and ROE’s
- Recording entries in GP accounting software
