Your role will be as an HR generalist with a focus on the following HR areas: talent attraction, development and retention, labour relations and global health management.

In summary, here's what you'll be doing with your time:

- Coordinating the talent attraction process (promotion, selection, hiring, onboarding) with managers, using creativity
- Advise managers on best practices in labour relations and be actively involved in dispute resolution
- Coordinate competency development activities and support the implementation of personal development plans for employees
- Actively participate in the various HR projects of the branch and support the HRD in the realization of various mandates
- Act as an ambassador by reflecting and promoting Soucy's values
- Coordinate the organization of motivating activities for the employees of the subsidiary and carry out internal communications
- Create and optimize processes and policies contributing to the realization of the subsidiary's growth plan

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations
- Minimum 5 years experience in human resources management
- Strong ability to prioritize while being flexible to manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure quality service
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication
- Demonstrate planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy
- Demonstrate thoroughness and attention to detail
