Compensation based on experience. Salary + commission

**Job Summary**

At Wil-Tech Industries we are building a strong and successful sales team in the fluid power industry. We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on in the Saskatchewan market. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and developing partners in the Fluid Power Industry.

**Essential Tasks and Responsibilities** Including but not limited to.
- Work closely with clients to supply them with a quality product/design.
- Communicate with Wil-Tech Engineering & Service staff to build synergies to support our customers
- Prospecting of potential new clients and business opportunities.
- Prepare quotes for products and services.
- Understand engineering sketches, specifications, drawings and schematics.
- Provide technical support to customers and within the company on mechanical design, fluid power, testing and troubleshooting practices.
- Estimate project costs.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Gather and input information for our Contact Relations Management (CRM) system.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Implement new technologies/system optimization into existing and new designs.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Provide knowledge and technical support to all employees and customers maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Work with our suppliers to build strong relationships. Joint calls, and follow-up.

**Education and Experience** A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.
- 2-3 years Industrial Sales Experience, hydraulic sales experience will be an asset.
- Wil-tech will offer Hydraulic training to the successful individual.

- Exceptional organizational skills demonstrating a capacity to prioritize and multitask.
- Must possess critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to influence, lead, and teach others by example.
- Appreciate and align yourself with our company values, vision and mission and help others do the same.
- Knowledge in hydraulic fundamentals would be an asset
- Willingness to put in extra hours to complete tasks.
- An aptitude for managing customer relations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (i.e. Word Excel Outlook, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of accounting and inventory software systems for reporting.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
