The Willowdale Auto Group (Niagara Division) is looking to add an All Star **Service Advisor** to our team Do you have a passion for Sales, Customer Service, and working in a Team Atmosphere? If so, this may be the career move for you.
We are looking for an experienced **Service Professional** to join our team of Service Advisors and grow within our dealer group.
**The basics of the position include...**
2) Generating a repair order with correct documentation and details of any concerns that need to be addressed.
3) Advising the proper maintenance to be performed according to the manufactures owners manual and scheduled maintenance guide.
4) Co-ordinating alternate transportation (Shuttle/Rental/Loaner)
5) Right Selling any recommendations upon inspection from our technicians.
**What we need from you...**
1) Service Advisor/Sales Experience
2) Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
3) Willingness to participate in on-going training from the Manufacturer
4) Above average Customer Service Skills
5) Proven track record
