**Description**:
SkipTheDishes, a growing global technology leader, is hiring an Executive Assistant for their CFO and others on the executive team. The business has experienced a consistent period of growth as the direct result of product innovation, market growth, M&A, and increased efficiency and productivity. To continue on this trajectory, we’re searching for a highly qualified Chief Of Staff to work closely with our CFO.

**Objectives**:
- Support and manage day-to-day administrative tasks
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through to successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
- Review, design, and execute improvements
- Support admin of the executive leadership team when needed
**What’s On Your Plate**:
- Responsible for all travel coordination including alignment with all Global leadership team travel
- Will have a dotted-line leadership role to all other Executive Admin functions of the team
- Serve the executive leadership team with strategic advice, strategic initiatives, program management, updates, proposals, and administration.
- Oversee the strategic initiatives through collaboration with the executive leadership team senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing projects and help to define new operational strategies, working with CFO and executives on special projects
**Recipe for Success**:
- Minimum a Degree in Business Administration or similar field
- Essential - must have worked in a similar role in a growth technology business
- 7+ years in a Business or Executive Management or similar Strategy/ SR. Executive Assistant role.
- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
- Someone who can listen and influence when needed
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity
- Experience planning and leading successful strategic initiatives
- Lack of ego
- Leadership skills and capabilities
- Likes working in a dynamic environment
- Strong Proactive Thinking Strategies
- Problem solver
- Must be based in Toronto
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Experience with data analysis
- Experienced in world-class data/ presentations
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
