**The Opportunity: Customer Service Specialist**

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment? Finch Collision Centre is seeking a proactive, friendly, and organized Customer Service Specialist (CSS) to become the essential bridge between our guests and the repair process.

You won’t just be providing updates — you’ll be building trust, setting expectations, and ensuring each guest feels confident and cared for throughout their repair journey. This isn’t just a job in customer service — it’s a mission to deliver the _best customer experience our guests have ever had_.

**What You'll Do**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and key stakeholders during the repair process.
- Confirm each guest’s preferred method of communication and maintain updates every 2 business days.
- Coordinate transportation needs including rentals, shuttle service, or rideshare (e.g., Uber).
- Greet all guests by name within 5 minutes of arrival — making a lasting first impression.
- Own and personalize the vehicle delivery experience — ensuring every guest leaves feeling valued and informed.
- Communicate daily activity and guest updates to the Office Manager with clarity and consistency.

**What You Bring**
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for hospitality and communication.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal abilities — you’re confident, warm, and professional.
- Experience in the automotive or collision repair industry is an asset, but not required.
- Familiarity with tools like Body Shop Connect, ProgiSync, and Outlook (or the ability to learn quickly).
