**Position: 310 B Apprentice | Finch Collision**
**Location: Finch Collision Centre**
**Reports To: Production Manager**

**Collision Apprentice - Job Description**

As a Collision Apprentice at Finch Collision, you will play a key role in ensuring our repairs get to technicians ready for seamless repair. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform industry-leading disassembly’s for Repair Planning
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle repair and repair requirements
- Deliver high-quality, consistent assistance to meet our standards of excellence.
- Report any vehicle defects or concerns to management.
- Conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
- Coordinate your schedule and workflow with team members.
- Assist Repair Plan team in a timely disassembly in the repair planning process.

**General Duties**:

- Disassemble Vehicles
- Small repairs on Vehicles
- Assistance and training of large repairs with Licensed Technicians.
- Understanding of Mitchell Connect and Qapter

This role involves regular communication and collaboration with the Production Team and Management to ensure all repair work meets Finch Collision’s high standards.
