Finch Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is looking for an energetic individual to be part of our organization as a Part-Time Receptionist

Being the face and voice of our dealership to our customers you must have a natural ability to engage positively with people in person and on the telephone, always leaving a welcoming and professional impression of the dealership.

The position is two evenings per week (between Monday to Thursday) from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, and alternating Saturdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and meet tight deadlines

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assess their needs, answer their inquiries or guide them to the appropriate dealership staff member
- Answer multi-line telephone system with courtesy and respect, direct incoming calls, take detailed messages, and provide callers with helpful information
- Receive customer payments, record payments accordingly and balance transactions at the end of your shift
- Stock in new and used vehicles and monitor inventory for accuracy
- Maintain the tidiness and organization of the reception area, customer lounge and refreshment area.
- Perform other related administrative tasks as required by management.

Dealership administration, reception and/or customer service experience considered a definite asset.
