Construction and Property Management.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Property Accountant, the AP analyst will complete the full accounts payable

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the full accounts payable cycle for a portfolio of properties
- Completes payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Charges expenses to accounts and projects by analyzing invoice/expense reports
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Enter and revise contracts for development properties
- In addition to this, the hire should also be well versed in payables for real estate

developments with a strong understanding of job cost reporting and use of purchase

orders

QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous accounts payable experience, preferably in the real estate industry
- Yardi experience, specifically the Construction Management / Job Cost Module
- Experience with Yardi Payscan is preferred but not required
- Must possess the ability to work within a fast-paced, changing environment
- Must have the ability to work well with others and develop partnerships with colleagues
- Excel skills with practical experience in using basic functions such as Pivot Tables and

lookups
