This position is available in Saskatoon

**Duties**:

- Accurate entry of data into ERP system from Field Staff
- Communication/Coordination between Project team and Vendors
- Work closely with Purchasing, Project Management, Field Staff, and Finance to achieve the team’s objectives.
- Follow up with Vendors and Field Staff on backorders and incorrect shipments.
- Other Duties as Required

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Typing speed**:Minimum **of 50 or more WPM (typing test to validate)
- Proficient in 10-Key Data entry
- The ability to persistently follow up on issues and to connect and foster relationships.
- Understanding/proficient in Microsoft & Google Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to pay attention to details and produce timely results.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organization, planning and time management skills.
- Highly motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision.

**Qualifications/Education**:

- High School diploma
- Experience in a similar role is considered an asset.

**Job Type**: Full-time, 1 year contract, Temporary with an opportunity to become Permanent.

**Wage**: $16-$19 per hour *Wage will be based on education and experience*

**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday - This role’s hours will drop to 30 hours per week during nonpeak business periods as required.

**Salary**: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
