**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Input and update data into computer systems with precision and accuracy.
- Perform data collection from various sources, ensuring all information is current and correct.
- Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval of information when needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry tasks, including creating spreadsheets and managing databases.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, supporting the overall efficiency of the office.
- Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies or errors for correction.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes related to data management.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining high standards of accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with administrative procedures and file management systems is advantageous.

Pay: $20.71-$22.02 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
