**Duties**:

- Responsible for accurate entry of data into ERP system.
- Ensure delivered items are received correctly by appropriate personnel and follow up on backorders and missing material.
- Develop strong relations with Vendors.
- Update and maintain Purchasing module in ERP system.
- Assist in purchasing of material when required.

**Abilities**:

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of the organization with a logical and organized approach.
- Ability to work within cross functional teams.
- Well organized self-starter
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines independently.
- Strong team player who can take instruction well.
- Strong problem identification and problem-solving skills.
- IT literacy
- Understanding/proficient in Microsoft products (i.e., Excel and Word) and Adobe
- Comfortable working in an ERP system

**Experience/Education**:

- Post secondary diploma or certificate preferred but not required.

Wage will be based on education and experience.
