In this pivotal position, you will be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our department. Your exceptional administrative and clerical skills will be the key to relieving our managers and staff of time-consuming administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on their core responsibilities.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Coordinating messages, appointments, and information for callers
- Maintaining meticulous file systems and department records
- Ordering and managing office supplies to ensure productivity
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail with the utmost care
- Researching, compiling, and proofreading a variety of word processing assignments
- Expertly operating our state-of-the-art automated office equipment

As the Administrative Support, you will have the opportunity to work across various functional areas of our company, gaining valuable cross-departmental experience and exposure.

Qualifications:
**Minimum Education**: High School diploma or equivalent

**Skills and Experience**:

- 1-3 years of administrative support or related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Skilled in data entry, record-keeping, and file management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Experience coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Knowledge of general office equipment operation (e.g., copiers, scanners, printers)
- Adaptable and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
