Level 2 Technical Support

We have a level 2 technical support - desktop engineering role to handle support of up to 22 locations in the Toronto area, you need to be a strong desktop engineer with solid customer skills and the willingness to solve both hardware and software issues on your own with limited help in the Toronto area. The role will be a long term independent contract position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot, configure, maintain, and deploy laptops and other devices using SCCM/Service Now, Workspace One and Microsoft Intune.
- Assist the day-to-day infrastructure support team with specific tasks.
- You will be visiting up to 22 locations on a 3 week rotation or on an as needed basis.
- Ticket resolution
- Hands-on & remote support of Windows based PCs/Laptops/Tablets & assorted peripherals including remote support of iOS devices
**Qualifications**
- Strong desktop, PC Hardware & Software diagnosis, repair and configuration experience
- Read & analyze log files
- Strong understanding of Windows 10
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite/O365
- Basic network understanding/troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki is a PLUS
- Active Directory / Azure Administration
- Account & Group Creation
- DHCP & DNS
- Citrix is a PLUS
- Intune and/or SCCM is a Plus
- Build machines as needed; imaging machines and deploying packages for new hire setups
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
