Ryan Vending is growing, and we're looking for a full-time Operations Support person to join our Victoria team This role supports our operational team by ensuring our equipment is operating at its best and by providing route coverage on an as needed basis. You will develop a working understanding of all things vending - how to complete a route, service machines, troubleshoot issues, move machines, upgrade equipment, and larger fixes. It requires the ability to work both in controlled environments, such as our warehouse, and at client locations. Whether in-shop or on-site, you'll be diagnosing broken equipment, replacing broken parts, testing equipment, documenting findings and reporting back to the customer - all while keeping the focus on providing excellent customer service. If you are technically minded, self-driven, a dynamic problem-solver with a background in appliance repair, and are looking for a new challenge and a long-term career with a great company, we're interested in hearing from you We provide inhouse training and support for this position and will work with you in developing your skillset and proficiency in this role. Training will require a willingness to travel out of Victoria for a few days at a time.
