MDRN Photobooth Company/MDRN Activations is seeking reliable and passionate individuals to join our event staff team. We handle numerous events, including those organized by high-profile clients, and we need trustworthy Event Staff to ensure the success of each occasion.

**Positions Available**:

- Primary Booth Attendant
- Secondary Booth Attendant

**Primary Booth Attendant Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and wear appropriate dress code.
- Pick up photo/video equipment from the studio and drive it to the event.
- Coordinate with the secondary booth attendant for equipment load-in.
- Deliver, set up, and operate the booth during the event.
- Welcome and guide guests in the booth.
- Communicate with clients and the team throughout the event.
- Troubleshoot on-site issues.
- Tear down equipment, clean the area, and drive the equipment back to the studio.

**Secondary Booth Attendant Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and wear appropriate dress code.
- Arrive on time and meet with the primary booth attendant.
- Collaborate with the primary booth attendant to ensure smooth event operations.
- Assist with the setup and activation within the given timeframe.
- Support the primary booth attendant with photo/video equipment and related tasks during events.
- Hand out prints to guests and assist with sharing stations.
- Encourage guest participation in the booth/setup.

**Job Requirements**:

- Familiarity with our brand.
- Own formal/wedding attire for events.
- Ability to lift 60 LBS.
- Own a vehicle for equipment transportation.
- Availability on evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Own a cell phone with cellular data.
- Capability to drive for out-of-town events.
- Familiarity with Windows PC operation (Primary Booth Attendant Only).
- Basic knowledge of camera settings (Primary Booth Attendant Only).
- Ability to determine a proper-looking image (Primary Booth Attendant Only).

**Salary**:
Primary Booth Attendants:

- $16.55/hour for in-office training and driving equipment to/from events.
- $20/hour for training and secondary events.
- $25/hour when working independently (with potential increase to $30/hour with additional in-office training and experience).
- Mileage and parking reimbursement.

Secondary Booth Attendants:

- $16.55/hour for the initial 3-7 events.
- $20/hour after your initial events.
- Parking reimbursement.

**Shifts**:

- These positions are on a part-time, casual basis with no guaranteed hours.
- Shift lengths vary depending on the event/activation.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $16.55-$25.00 per hour
