**Responsibilities**:

- Transport equipment to and from the event.
- Arrive on time; Coordinate with clients, and ensure punctual setup.
- maintain a professional appearance with formal/wedding attire, opting for all-black clothing as per our style.
- Set up various activations (print booth, 360 video booth, studio booth), and ensure smooth operation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team, and troubleshoot issues as they emerge.
- Manage crowd flow, encourage guest participation, and maintain a fun atmosphere.
- Hand out prints to guests and assist with sharing station.
- Ensure that the photos/videos are top-notch and meet our company standards.
- Collaborate with team members for efficient event operations.
- Tear down the setup, clean area, and ensure safe transportation back to warehouse.

**Requirements**:

- Eager to learn and quick grasp of new concepts.
- Must have your own car and valid driver's license for equipment transport.
- Ability to handle up to 60 lbs.
- Proficient in English; French is a bonus
- Flexible availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Adaptable personality for various event scenarios.
- Positive demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with our brand.
- Photography experience is a plus, but not required.

**Pay and Training benefits**:

- All training is paid, including an initial 3 to 5 events and in-office training.
- Competitive hourly rate ($16.55/hour for in office training and driving equipment to and from events, $20/hour for training events and working as a secondary booth attendant, $25/hour when working independently as a primary booth attendant)
- Opportunity to progress to $30/hour after 10 events and extra in-office training.
- Mileage and parking reimbursement.
- Accommodations and food reimbursement for overnight events.

**Additional Information**:

- This position is on a part-time, casual basis with no guaranteed hours.
- Events span from 5 to 8 hours.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $16.55-$30.00 per hour
