**Responsibilities**
- Manage guest relations
- Employee development and training
- Scheduling, recruiting, and orientation
- Promote and drive sales by ensuring high standard service levels
- Encourage customer feedback and comment cards
- Ensure all products (food and Liquor) are entered into both Point of Sales computer and Optimum Control and are being sold on budget
- Ensure a food-safe organization through labelling, rotating, sanitation, and cleanliness of operations on both fronts of the house and back of the house.
