**Duties**:

- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Train and develop new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering merchandise to maintain adequate stock levels
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store cleanliness and organization
- Handle cash transactions, including opening and closing registers, and ensure accuracy in cash handling

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to sell products and provide exceptional customer service
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it will enable effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Experience in training and development of employees is an asset
- Familiarity with budgeting processes to assist in financial management
