**Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to optimize workflow.

**Sales Leadership**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Foster relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.

**Talent Development**:

- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and performance. Mentor and coach staff to cultivate a high-performing team culture.

**Financial Acumen**:

- Create and interpret financial data to inform decision-making. Understand the correlation between financial metrics and practical, real-life implications on operations and sales.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with department heads to align operations with company goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.

**Performance Monitoring** - Analyze operational metrics and sales performance data to drive decision-making. Prepare and deliver regular reports to senior management.

**Hands-On Involvement** -Actively participate in daily operations and engage with team members to understand challenges and provide support.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, with a focus on operations, sales, and talent development.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet business needs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on financial interpretation.
