We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fast Food Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team This is an excellent opportunity to take charge of a bustling fast food restaurant, drive its success, and shape the dining experience for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of enthusiastic staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all areas, including kitchen, dining area,
- Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and monitor stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Train and develop staff on company policies, food handling procedures, and safety protocols, fostering a positive work environment.
- Uphold health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any potential concerns promptly.
- Manage the scheduling of employees, balancing workload and optimizing labor costs.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze sales figures, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and drive customer engagement.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a memorable dining experience

for all patrons.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competition, implementing innovative ideas to enhance the restaurant's reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the food industry. Willingness to learn is key
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast
- paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management,
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
