**Job Summary**:
**How you will make an impact**:
The Sourcing Finance Analyst will support the strategic objectives of Foodbuy’s Sourcing function. You will be responsible for providing support in many areas of Sourcing including but not limited to data, analysis, RFP, financial evaluation, supplier follow-up, reporting, and order guide.

**As a Sourcing Finance Analyst, you will**:

- Analyze data and information from multiple sources for identified categories.
- Create financial reports for internal stake holders to assist in strategy formulation
- Prepare documents for RFPs.
- Analyze RFP submissions and compile comparative reports for decision making.
- Support Sourcing Directors with financial analyses from the beginning to end of the RFP, alongside financial recommendations
- Work with Data Operations and other Departments to resolve data issues identified.
- Collaborate with suppliers - for RFI’s, financial bids etc
- Reconciliation of supplier data to identify missed opportunities.
- Tasks related to implementation of the Managed Order Guide project
- Aid on ad-hoc projects and analyses as required.

**About you**:

- 3+ years’ experience in an analytical role
- Knowledge of food service industry products preferred
- University degree in the field of Business or Analytics,
- Strong Excel and data entry skills with focus on attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with abilities to multitask
- Strong time management and organizational skills
