**_Concorde Group Corp. is a local and well established multifaceted company, focusing on industrial/commercial development and leasing, produce distribution and food services. We have an immediate opening and are seeking the right individual to fulfill a position as an:_**

**Payroll Administrator**

**Duties include, but not limited to**:

- Prepare and process all payroll for hourly & salaried (union, non-union) employees in BC, AB, MB & SK
- Responsible for payroll changes, terminations, and ROE’s
- Assist with sorting and distributing biweekly pay stubs and annual T4’s
- Assist with any related issues with employees’ pay as required
- Create new hire files and filing documents received in payroll
- Accounts receivable, including processing sales orders/invoices on a timely manner and monitoring accounts receivable aging.
- Accounts payable, including entering vendor invoices, processing payments and issuing cheques
- Month-end accounting
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification would be a definite asset
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience processing multi-provincial payroll
- Effectively managing your time on a daily basis
- Integrity, discretion, and the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information is essential
- Highly organized, capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented team player with proven ability to take initiative and work independently
- Aptitude for accuracy, analysis and problem-solving with strong attention to detail
- Computer skills including proficiency in Excel and Word
- Must be able to adhere to the company vaccination policy
