Saskatoon, Canada The Lighthouse Supported Living Inc. Full time

We are looking to hire a payroll administrator with payroll experience preferably using Payworks. The individual must be highly organized and detail oriented. The administrator would be responsible for the following including but not limited to:

- ensuring that all employees within the organization are paid in an accurate and timely fashion;
- tracking and updating employee hours based on a 24/7 schedule which could include overtime, sick time and vacation time to calculate pay and benefit entitlement;
- ensuring compliance with federal and local regulations;
- processing payroll, preparing payroll related reports;
- record, maintain and update payroll procedures;
- maintaining employee records for new hires, pay changes and terminations.

This individual will also work with other office personnel including accounting and human resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saskatoon, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Payroll: 1 year (preferred)
