The incumbent is responsible for all activities related to the order management department, and more specifically those related to logistics, transportation, and customs documentation.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Manage the order management department
- Ensure the accuracy of data entered into the computer system
- Implement and maintain customer account contract reviews
- Organize and coordinate logistics for order pickup and customer deliveries
- Produce logistics documentation for shipping goods
- Generate shipping, dispatch, and receipt reports for orders
- Work as part of a team with the Technical Service, Production, and Finance departments
- Respond to inquiries and validate delivery information
- Follow up on customer order payments
- Validate shipping costs for accounting purposes
- Identify and resolve problems
- All other related tasks

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English
- Knowledge of logistics
- Certificate in Experience in international transport and trade would be an asset.
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Autonomy

**Experience**:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics and order management
