**Job description**:
The Sales and Logistics Manager plays a critical role at Apex Precision Inc. as a key contributor to the company's sales goals and customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Sales and Logistics Manager supports activities related to sales, quoting, purchasing, logistics and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage efficient business development, sales and logistics operations
- Maintain relationships with customers.
- Develop new customers to contribute to the growth of the company
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales and logistics teams, implement and assign performance targets and KPIs, and ensure their completion.
- Maintain open communication with the production team for on-time order fulfillment
- To provide an effective solution to internal conflicts within the staff, in the mutual interest of all.
- Provide advice and feedback to help others improve
- Improve existing sales and logistics practices
- Continuously improve budgeting and costing
- Resolve customer requests, discrepancies, and concerns for a positive experience
- Manage and deliver transformation projects to take Apex Precision to the next level
- Adhere to the company's standards of excellence and quality.

**Requirements**:

- DEC or Bachelor's degree in business, operations, logistics or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in planning in a global context, including a strong knowledge and understanding of processes related to demand planning, product introduction, inventory planning, finance and customer service.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, French and English.
- Ability to effectively manage time and tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office and ERP effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented mindset.
