Export Specialist

**The opportunity**

Reporting directly to the logistics manager, the export specialist role manages end-to-end APAC order processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. Responsibilities include customer communication, issue resolution, inventory monitoring, and coordination with suppliers and logistics providers. The position also involves handling customs documentation, maintaining records, and identifying process improvements to enhance operations and customer satisfaction.

**The Role**
- Receive, process, and monitor all APAC orders. NT ERP and Customers' platform.
- Cultivate and Maintain Strong Customer Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates on orders, shipping, and customs documentation. Ensure prompt responses and personalized support to build trust and long-term loyalty.
- Resolve Order-Related Issues: Quickly address discrepancies or issues such as delays or inventory problems, working with internal teams and external partners to resolve them and keeping customers updated.
- Monitor Inventory Levels: Maintain communication with suppliers, warehouses, and distribution centers to ensure sufficient stock levels, proactively preventing stockouts and minimizing delays.
- Stay Updated on Customs Regulations and Laws: Monitor regulatory changes and advise both internal teams and external partners on compliance, fostering strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure seamless adaptation to new requirements.
- Communicate with Logistics Providers: Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods, addressing any issues that arise during transit.
- Assist with Customs Documentation and Clearance: Ensure all import/export documentation (declarations, invoices, certificates) is accurate and submitted on time.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep thorough records of all transfers, documenting quantities, destinations, and methods to ensure transparency and accuracy.
- Identify Process Improvements: Work with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer service, improving overall efficiency and satisfaction.

**What you will bring**
- Education_
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, ocean exports, supply chain management, or a related field preferred

Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics specializing in ocean export or any related field.
- Skills_
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong English communication in written and oral
- Organized and meticulous with a focus on accuracy

**Le**rôle**
- Recevoir, traiter et contrôler toutes les commandes de l'APAC. NT ERP et la plateforme des clients.
- Cultiver et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients : Vous êtes le principal point de contact pour les clients et vous fournissez des mises à jour sur les commandes, l'expédition et la documentation douanière. Garantir des réponses rapides et un soutien personnalisé afin d'instaurer une confiance et une fidélité à long terme.
- Résoudre les problèmes liés aux commandes : Traiter rapidement les divergences ou les problèmes tels que les retards ou les problèmes de stock, en travaillant avec les équipes internes et les partenaires exter
