Demand Marketing Manager

**About the role**:
As the Demand Marketing Manager, you'll work with our performance-obsessed marketing team of strategic thinkers, collaborators, and innovators. Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation, you'll own campaign and program management and execution, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive awareness and adoption of our marketing programs.
**What you will do**:
- Regularly collaborate with leaders across the Go-To-Market team—including Digital, Content, Product, Customer, Partner and Brand—to identify, set and execute strategies that accelerate pipeline growth for new and expansion revenue.
- Work alongside sales leadership to identify leaks within the sales funnel and improve pipeline acceleration.
- Drive awareness and alignment of marketing activities across the sales organization, arming the SDR team with best practices for conversion and ensuring they maximize the success of marketing campaigns.
- Work with our enablement team to deliver the right marketing or sales action at each step throughout the journey to maximize the yield of highly qualified leads and accounts.
- Plan, coordinate and execute integrated campaigns that drive engagement, increase sales velocity and conversion, while monitoring and optimizing performance.
- Help shape our Pan To Grow community and leverage its content for the current capture and future creation of demand.
- Work alongside Digital Marketing Director and sales leadership to develop, monitor and optimize conversion strategies to meet online sales objectives.
- Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps.
- Maintain and build automated flows and behaviour based nurtures for prospects, customers and partners.
- Plan, coordinate and execute ABM campaigns to target accounts and segments that deliver cohesive prospect experiences from lead creation, account nurturing through to conversion.
- Collaborate with Director, Demand Generation and Sr. Director, Content & Communications on annual solution and event priority calendar aligned to industry trends and themes.
- Work hand in hand with Marketing Ops to continually track, measure and monitor performance of videos, events, and demand platforms and disseminate the results across the team.
- Track and analyze results and continually refine to improve conversion rates.
**Does this sound like you?**:
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in digital acquisition or demand generation, B2B SaaS or software experience preferred.
- Experience developing paid media strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram andGoogle Ads to drive demand and accelerate sales pipeline.
- Strong understanding of ABM and experience managing and executing cross-channel ABM campaigns.
- Experience managing and optimizing Syndication channels, like Capterra, G2, Software Advice and SelectHub.
- You can leverage and build in HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, CaliberMind or similar platforms.
- Creative and business writer, exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get the best results.
- Great interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to interact with the audience and colleagues across the organization.
- Highly organized, detail oriented with ability to project manage effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
